    Hello, this is pak Eko. WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY DYADIC BREAKDOWN? WHY SUCH MATTER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED IN STUDYING COMMUNICATION?

    Hello pak eko, here I reply your question.
    Dyadic in Communication means interpersonal communication, which itself signifies the process of sending and receiving messages between 2 people. The communication could be by telephone, chatting through internet or even by transmitting letters. So any media would do, as long as 2 people communicate each other.
    Dyadic breakdown indicates the collapse of the interaction of 2 people. It can be explained by the different ways that 2 people communicate. If we study that in communication, we can understand the reason, the cause and also the advantages and disadvantages. Then we can find a solution how to avoid the dyadic breakdown.
